CATS are allowed: weight limit 40 lbs each; deposit $250 per cat; monthly rent $20 per cat. DOGS are allowed: weight limit 40 lbs each; deposit $250 per dog; monthly rent $20 per dog. Maximum 2 animals per unit. Breed restrictions apply (e.g., no Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, etc.). All pets must be spayed/neutered, over one year old, licensed, inoculated, and accompanied by veterinarian certification.
