Dogs & Cats Welcome
We accept cats and dogs. One-time pet fee: $200 per pet. Monthly pet rent: $25 per pet. Maximum of 2 pets per apartment home. There is no weight limit. Breed restrictions apply.
Pet Restrictions
Maximum 2 animals per unit. Breed restrictions apply (e.g., no Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, etc.). All pets must be spayed/neutered, over one year old, licensed, inoculated, and accompanied by veterinarian certification.
